This listing is for a wool felt blend beret, with a cotton bias band, and velvet ties, with a mixture of machine and hand embroidery. This beret is made to fit medium sized plush dolls such as Hazel Village or Maileg Best Friends, or any doll with a head measurement of approximately 9 inches. It can sit upon most friends without needing ties, but tying off is highly recommended for better fit.
